01 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to nwrplay. nwrplay.net is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for Filipino players under applicable Philippine regulatory oversight. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of your relationship with nwrplay, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, and use of any features or services made available on the platform.

02 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use nwrplay, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations for online casino participation.
• You are a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and not restricted or prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of nwrplay, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person and are using the platform for your own personal, recreational use only.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from nwrplay or had your account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

03 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on nwrplay. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at nwrplay's discretion.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. nwrplay is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

nwrplay operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be requested to provide supporting documentation — including a government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys National ID, Driver's Licence, Passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID) — before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in account restrictions.

Your nwrplay account credentials are personal and confidential. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. nwrplay is not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify nwrplay support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

04 Deposits & Payments

nwrplay accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. All deposit amounts are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (₱), except for USDT deposits which are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your nwrplay account. nwrplay reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your nwrplay account within 60 seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to process depending on the bank.
• USDT deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation, typically within minutes.
• nwrplay does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your nwrplay account, except where required by applicable law or at nwrplay's sole discretion.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise arranged with nwrplay support.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Your first withdrawal will not be processed until your identity has been verified to nwrplay's satisfaction.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days; USDT withdrawals are typically processed within 2 hours of approval.
• nwrplay reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, nwrplay may freeze withdrawal processing pending investigation.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

nwrplay offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Philippine events such as PBA playoffs and Pasko season. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are disclosed at the point of the offer and should be read carefully before claiming.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for that specific offer.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, bingo, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as stated in the bonus terms.
• nwrplay reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting loopholes, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies to meet wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of standard wagering completion.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on nwrplay are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sporting event. Game rules are displayed within each game interface. Sports betting rules are available in the Sports section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• Bets are final once confirmed. nwrplay does not accept cancellation requests for bets already placed, except where a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay or a live event, nwrplay reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts.
• nwrplay reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount applicable to any player, game, or event at its discretion.
• Odds on sports markets are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or event, nwrplay's decision — made in good faith in accordance with applicable game rules — shall be final and binding.
• nwrplay does not knowingly accept bets from players who are in possession of inside information that may affect the outcome of an event.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nwrplay. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on nwrplay.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with nwrplay games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players, whether on nwrplay or through external communication channels, to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or bugs in games or the platform to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from a known exploit must be reported and may be voided.
• Using nwrplay to launder money or engage in any form of financial crime. nwrplay complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Accessing nwrplay from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
• Allowing an underage person to access your account or use nwrplay on their behalf.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward nwrplay staff or other players via any communication channel on the platform.

09 Responsible Gaming

nwrplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming among Filipino players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and have built a range of tools directly into the platform to help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered nwrplay players free of charge via Account Settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Loss limits — automatically pause your account when your losses reach a threshold you define.
• Session time reminders — receive on-screen prompts when you have been playing for a set period.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, or 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion — exclude yourself from nwrplay for a period of 1 month to 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on nwrplay.net — including but not limited to the nwrplay brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of nwrplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use nwrplay.net for your own personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any nwrplay content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on nwrplay content or software.
• Use nwrplay trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any context outside of the platform without express written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the nwrplay software or platform infrastructure.

Any unauthorised use of nwrplay intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by nwrplay and its licensors.

11 Limitation of Liability

nwrplay provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform uptime and reliability, nwrplay does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• nwrplay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• nwrplay's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nwrplay account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• nwrplay is not liable for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, power failures, government actions, or natural disasters.
• nwrplay does not guarantee that games will produce specific outcomes. All game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live event outcomes beyond nwrplay's control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit nwrplay's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data

nwrplay collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at nwrplay.net/privacy-policy. By registering an account on nwrplay, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

nwrplay collects personal data including your name, date of birth, address, email address, payment information, and gameplay activity for purposes including account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and platform improvement. nwrplay does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

nwrplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where nwrplay has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable game-specific rules.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or there is evidence of account compromise.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour on the platform.
• Regulatory or legal requirements oblige nwrplay to restrict or close your account.
• You have requested a self-exclusion under the responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, nwrplay reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including bonus and real-money funds where there is evidence of fraudulent activity. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach — such as a voluntary closure or regulatory closure — your real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification requirements.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their formation, validity, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

All gaming activities conducted on nwrplay are subject to applicable Philippine regulatory oversight. nwrplay operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming in the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be severed from the rest of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15 Amendments to These Terms

nwrplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be published at nwrplay.net/terms-conditions with a revised Effective Date. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — nwrplay will provide advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of nwrplay after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you must stop using nwrplay and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
